The license renewal packets are in the mail today.

The renewal deadline to retain your 2004 competition number is January 1, 2005.

The Minor Release Form in the middle of the packet only needs to be signed, notarized and returned if you are under 18 years of age. It is not required by everyone. (I know it seems like I shouldn't have to explain that, but...) /ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif

Let me know if you have any questions.

I need a little help. If we are not going to use mini only numbers anymore I was hoping that I could have one consistent number for everything. I would like to run my comp #325 on all bikes (big bike sprint, mini sprint, big bike endurance, mini endurance). I this possible? I can make three numbers fit on the mini's with no problem.

Ok, I am sending everything in with #325.

Sorry, no 3-digits for endurance.

I'll work with you to find something that will work as easy as possible with 325 though.

Sounds good Nancy. If you have 25 or 32 open up it would be ideal. Also, any combination of 225 would work well since Dad is #225. I will go ahead and send in the license app and team registration. Thanks.

Will, there are too many to list. You can email me a few choices and I can let you know if they were assigned in 2004.

Just a reminder that the MINOR RELEASE FORM only needs to be returned if you are under 18 years of age. /ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/eek.gif

Don, you can fax it.

Todd, they were mailed November 1st. If you haven't gotten it by now, I'm pretty sure it's not going to make it. Have you moved? I can mail another one or you can download all the forms on the Forms page.

Nancy, I have a provisional liscense I am carrying over to next year. I completed one race weekend and my cornerwork but not the second race weekend. What do I need to submit you to keep my numbers?

Ben, you need to complete and return the license renewal that was mailed to you on November 1st. You have until January 1st to renew to keep your number.

When you receive your 2005 temporary license, you just staple it to your 2004 temporary license and keep them together until you've completed the remainder of your requirements. When you have all 4 signatures you either turn it in at registration or mail it to my office.

Nancy, When can we expect our license to arrive. I'm moving to Longview at the end of the month, so I would need to change my address if it doesn't get mailed until then.

We just bought a new machine to produce the cards and are learning how to use it.

I don't expect to mail license cards and rulebooks until the end of January or early February.

Is it possible somehow to get the RRW subscription card so I don't miss any issues? Or are they mailed out with the licenses?
