Clarify something for me please. Does this mean that Norm, Chris, and Frank WONT be on the board next year (like the resigned)? OR that they have to be renominated and elected?

Should they want to serve on the BoD again next term, they'll have to be nominated and accept that nomination to be placed on the ballot for a two-year term beginning in 2007.

Per the bylaws, no one can serve more than two consecutive 2-year terms. This is Norm's second 2-year term and therefore can't run again at this time.

Chris and Frank are eligible to run again though.

Sorry, my mistake. Norm has informed me that this is only his first 2-year term, but he will not be seeking re-election at this time.
