From Dallas or anywhere north is super easy. I45s to 288s. Stay on 288s past Pearland, past HWY6, past FM1462/Rosharon and you are almost there. Past FM 1462 you will see high tension power lines that run along your right side. When those power lines cross over 288s, look to your left and you can see the track facility from 288s. Exit/trun left at COUNTY ROAD 48 SOUTH(blinking light). Key word is 48 SOUTH as there is a cr48 north just after HWY 6. If you get to Angleton you just missed it.

Freeport is only another 15 or so miles, and the fishing is good..........lots of cheap beach houses to rent as well.
