Addendum 3 to the 2009 Rule Book is posted here (http://www.cmraracing.com/pdf/2009/CMRA%202009%20Rule%20Book%20Addendum%203.pdf) or the entire Rule Book with all addenda included can be downloaded here (http://www.cmraracing.com/pdf/2009/CMRA_2009_Rule_Book%20_12-31.pdf) .

As announced by Walter at Hallett and implemented during that event, no work of any kind may be done while refueling an endurance bike. This means that no hands should be on the bike during refueling except those needed to do the refueling. 100% of the crew's attention should be focused on refueling.
