The CMRA has revised its schedule and will hold its 2010 season opening event at Texas World Speedway (TWS) in College Station, Texas. The event date remains February 20 – 21, 2010 as originally scheduled. A 4 hr Big Bike Series Endurance race has been added to the February event and the season opening Mini Series Endurance race has been reduced to 2 hours. CMRA License School will be offered by Lone Star Track Days (www.lstd.com (http://www.lstd.com)) as a part of its track day on Friday, February 19 at TWS.

Other revisions have been made to the endurance series hours at later events. Please see the complete revised 2010 season schedule at

Oak Hill Raceway (OHR) has been the site of the opening event for most of the CMRA’s 35 seasons. Unfortunately, recent changes in the operational management at OHR have delayed the execution of a final agreement for the February event. In response to that situation the CMRA Board of Directors elected to seek an alternate venue to ensure that the organization can hold a February event. The CMRA will continue discussions with OHR to finalize an agreement for the May 1 – 2, 2010 event which remains on the CMRA schedule at this time.
