We're looking for suggestions on how and where we can get our hands on quick-fill fueling systems and quick-change wheel parts for an SV. We currently have an LP quick-fill fitting on a 5Gal jug, which in reality is not so quick.

Check with Bob Hayashida at Big Valley Honda, bobh@bigvalleyhonda.com. I believe he sells a Moriwaki quick dump setup that uses the stock tank opening.
