Mini-GP-Motard Fest 2009

The CMRA Mini,GP & Motard Fest is a special event on the CMRA schedule featuring:
  • 8-hour CMRA Mini Endurance Series Race
  • Two Rounds of the CMRA Mini Sprint Series racing
  • 20-lap 125 GP Purse Race
  • 15-lap Super Motard Purse Race
  • 15-lap Unlimited Motard Purse Race
  • an afternoon of Texas Mini Grand Prix Series racing.
CMRA Big-Bike Championship races will not be held at this event. The 125GP and Motard purse races will not count in the CMRA Championship Points series for those classes.

In addition to the usual 2009 CMRA class sponsor underwriting, Shogun Motorsports is providing special purses for all of the CMRA races at this event.

Pre-registration and Pre-entry is strongly encouraged for all participants to ensure your opportunity to race. Pre-entries must be received by the CMRA no later than midnight, Friday, June 5, 2009.

MOTORCYCLE CLASSES & REQUIREMENTS
The requirements for this event are the standard CMRA machine and class rules. (TMGP rules for the TMGP session). Click the links below to see the rules:
RACER LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
All sprint racers and team riders must have a CMRA License to practice and participate in the CMRA races. Racers currently licensed with most road racing organizations will be able to buy a one-weekend license for $25 (no charge to TMGP, WERA and MRA racers with a 2009 license). You must have a CMRA license to submit a race entry or pre-entry.
SPRINT PRE-ENTRY FORMS
ENDURANCE TEAM PRE-ENTRY FORMS
Endurance teams must be registered before and entry can be accepted. There is no cost to register the Team but the Team Owner must be a CMRA Associate Member or hold a CMRA Racer License. A minimum of two Racers with CMRA Licenses must sign the Team pre-entry form.

CONTINGENCY AND CLASS SPONSOR PROGRAMS
A wide range of Contingency Sponsors and CMRA Class Sponsors are covering this event. Please note that in order for your sponsors to be listed in race results (required by most sponsors for contingency award qualification) you must complete the CMRA Sponsor List Form and submit it to the Registration Desk at the track (or with your pre-entry) .

Directions from Henderson:

Head north on 79 through town. At the edge of town is a 5 way intersection. Take highway 43 towards Tatum. A few miles down the road is a small intersection with highway 1716. There is a sign pointing to "Oak Hill". Turn left, and after a couple of miles, you will see Oak Hill Raceway on your right.

Camping is available at the track. Portable toilets are available but there is no running water. Some electrical hook-ups available.
